June Fun and Worth County Fair!

Wow the summer is really flying by and my posts have been few and far between, so I'm going to try and get caught up before I get behind again :)

After our week at the Wisconsin Dells, we enjoyed the Worth County Fair in Northwood. Caleb always enjoys looking at all of the animals, and this year he even enjoyed a couple of carnival rides. One of the days we met up with Grandma Teresa, GG Betty, and the Reyersons and the three kids really enjoyed the rides together. Matt has worked hard on completing the patio and trying to grow grass in the area where we ripped out the old foundation of a garage. We are slowly seeing green, but we hope it will be looking good in time for Aubrey's 1st birthday next month!

The kids and I have enjoyed our time at home too. We spend as much time as we can outside, and we love our frequent walks with my friend Beth and her baby daughter Hilde. I bought a small blow up swimming pool on clearance last summer, and we've filled it up 3 or 4 times already this summer. Both Caleb and Aubrey really seem to enjoy it, so that has been fun seeing them splash. We also spend some quality time in the house together, and Aubrey is still into everything!

Here's some of the fun we have had so far...

Hopefully we will have a green yard soon...

Piglets at the fair.

Bunnies

Aubrey liked looking at the animals too.

Checking out the horses.

Walking through the horse barn.

Bounce house fun!

Caleb and Makayla bouncing.

Driving the jeep...he picked the same one both times.

Fishing for a duck so he could win a ball.

Loving his sister...

Pool fun!

Aubrey is a little dare devil...

Caleb's turn on the slide.

It was a beautiful day!

Aubrey likes to go under the table...I've given up trying to keep her out.

To my dismay, Aubrey loves to touch her hair when she's eating...this is the result. (She looks kind of like Grandma Marjean when she hairsprays her hair in the morning :)

Daddy reading to his kiddos.

Aubrey loves to feed herself. This is her first experience with spaghetti!
