Start of Christmas Season...

The Friday after Thanksgiving Grandma Marjean came to visit, Mommy and Grandma went black Friday shopping, and then we all got the house ready for Christmas. Aubrey went with Daddy and Uncle Jay to get the tree...she ended up being a bit of a handful. Caleb was extremely happy to have the tree and was extremely helpful in getting the house decorated.

The kids were excited to get a Christmas tree.

Then that Saturday we headed to one of Craig's sister's house to make lefsa, krumkake, and kringla. It was a fun, new experience... The kids had fun playing with the other kids.

Christmas at Grandpa Dennis and Grandma Linda's

We enjoyed a weekend of fun at Grandpa Dennis and Grandma Linda's the first weekend in December. Highlights included...a big family picture, smoked meat (and a slight fire), unwrapping presents, Grandpa painting Aubrey's finger nails, and of course a good Nerf gun war :)

Fall Fun!

Jack-o-lantern time! Caleb actually participated in pulling the goop and seeds out of the pumpkin this year. Then he drew a face on the pumpkin, and Matt carved it. Aubrey enjoyed watching :) The kids also had fun playing in the leaves and trick-or-treating for Halloween.
