11 Months Old!

Oops... forgot to post this again... Another month has passed, and our little Caleb is now 11 months old!  He continues to crawl and pull himself up all over the place. He is getting a bit more adventurous and tries to go from one place to another walking while holding on... sometimes with success and sometimes with a few bumps and falls. We are still working on getting him to eat table foods...he just isn't handling the different textures very well. Some days his does better than others. Tonight Matt shared a banana with Caleb, and he loved it!!! His bedtime has moved back a little bit...now he usually goes to bed at 7:30 instead of 7:00. He has even slept passed 7:00 am a couple of times too (which made mommy and daddy very happy!). We are looking forward to celebrating the big 1 in a month, and we are savoring all of the growth in our little guy!

Caleb has started wanting to walk behind his little walker more and more. Every once in a while I catch him doing it on his own! He also crawls all over the place! He's just changing so much!

 

 

Spring Break!

Last week Mommy enjoyed spending extra time with Caleb over her spring break! He is just so funny sometimes. He loves to look at himself in the little mirror in his book. He also loves to play with Daddy when he's home from work and not working on things mommy wants done around the house. We also went to Twin Lakes for a couple of days to see Grandma Marjean and Grandpa Dale. We got to play with cousin Landon on Thursday, and then Thursday night Uncle Adam, Aunt Sarah, and cousin Nolan joined us for supper. We had such a wonderful time!

Fun with Cousins!

Last week, we went over to Grandma Teresa's house and played with cousins Jaxon and Makayla. They are so cute together, but it's hard to get a picture of all of them together because they don't like to sit still! We had a wonderful time together though, and we can't wait for summer when we can start to play outside together! (And all of the snow will be gone someday!)

Matt is done with his EMT class and only has to pass the national test before he is officially an EMT! Caleb and I have enjoyed spending the extra time with him. Caleb and his daddy have had a lot of extra playtime. They are just too cute together!

10 Months!

As I stated last post, Caleb is now 10 months old! He continues to crawl all over the place and loves to pull himself up on anything he finds. He loves to wave "bye,bye" and sometimes it almost sounds like he says "bye,bye." He loves his mommy and daddy right now, and from time to time he suffers from "stranger-danger" so he likes to stay close to us. (Which I don't mind!)

Grandma Teresa and Great Grandma Betty were over at our house last night, and Caleb got the biggest kick out of them. He is starting to get into the stage of mimicking... Grandma Teresa would through her hands up in the air and laugh and then so would Caleb. It was just too cute!
