Happy Halloween!

Well our weekend started off with an end to mommy's assistant volleyball duties. The volleyball team played hard but lost to Tripoli ending their season with a record of 18-9. I'm sad for the girls, but I am happy to be able to spend more time with my husband and kiddos.

Saturday we spent time cutting out a jack-o-lantern (which Caleb wanted nothing to do with), roasting some pumpkin seeds, and trick-or-treating. Aubrey was a cute little lady bug, and she loved wearing her costume! Caleb was a construction site worker, and he still enjoys wearing his hard hat and vest and "fixing" things with his daddy :)

First we went to Carolyn's (the kids' baby-sitter's) house, then we went to Great Grandma Betty's, and finally to Grandma Teresa's. At Grandma's we met up with Jessie, Jaxon, and Makayla and then Jessie, Jaxon, Caleb, and I went trick-or-treating around Teresa's block. The kids enjoyed it, and it wasn't very far so we didn't get too cold. Then we went back to Grandma Teresa's, ate supper, and the kids had fun playing together!

We hope you all had a happy and safe Halloween!!

Pre-cutting...Caleb was excited to start.

And then he wanted nothing to do with it and let Matt do it all :)

Jack-o-lantern is ready...Aubrey liked it.

And I guess Caleb does too!

Our construction site worker is ready to go!

They weren't feeling very cooperative...

A little better...

And then Aubrey decided to take Caleb's hammer...
